How to Place an Order

Online
     Hassle-free ordering and delivery to your front door. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards. The shopping cart is simple to use.

     To determine your order total with shipping charges, go through the online checkout process using the shopping cart. The system will total your order before you are asked to provide credit card information. Since you're mailing the order in, just print the screen contents and cancel out. You've got your order ready to seal and send. (Washington state residents, please add 8.8% sales tax to your order total.)

     At this time, we are unable to accept payment via phone.

Order Inquiries

     When you order online, you will receive an order number from CCNow via e-mail. You can check the shipping status of your order through the link provided in the e-mail message.

     If you ordered via mail with a check or money order, you can inquire about your order status by calling Japphire’s customer service department at 1-425-430-0007, or via e-mail.

Returns

     Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return the following merchandise to Japphire, for any reason, for a full refund:

          • Any book in its original condition
          • Apparel that has not been worn.

     We’ll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

     We cannot accept items returned after 30 days nor items that were not purchased from Japphire.com / PaulMcElroy.com.

Refunds
     We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our processing your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Packing and Shipping Your Return
     Pack the item(s) along with the receipt securely in a box. Be sure to cushion books inside the box using rolled up newspaper, peanuts or other packing material to keep them from sliding inside or becoming damaged due to rough handling. Books scruff easily and delivery services can be rough on cartons, so package the merchandise carefully. If the item(s) is returned in unsaleable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund.

     Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box. Address the package to:

Billing Inquiries

     For your protection, online orders are processed through our secure ordering service, CCNow. For any billing inquiries involving credit card purchases, CCNow is ready to assist you via a toll-free number or e-mail.

Shipping Info & Delivery Lead Times

     Orders received by noon are generally shipped the same day. We ship books in the United States via book rate (the cheapest), which takes 5-7 days for delivery or via Priority Mail for 2-3 day delivery. Shipping is automatically calculated and added to your order before you enter credit card information.

     * Any orders containing apparel must be shipped via priority mail.

     ** Please note that online credit card processing normally takes 4-6 hours. In rare circumstances, however, depending on your processing bank, it may take longer for us to receive your order. Please monitor CCNow.com’s site to track the status of your order using the information provided to you in your order confirmation e-mail. What is CCNow?

Note
     If you order a sweatshirt(s) and do not select Priority Mail as the shipping method, we will have to cancel your order and ask you to resubmit it.

Shipping Charges

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
     Online orders cannot be split into separate shipments to different addresses. Please submit a separate order for each shipping address.
